An Exercise in Democracy

I did not expect to be back so soon on this blog, but having come across a set of photos from Ukraine, this link simply had to be posted here.

There is no commentary, just stunning and dramatic photojournalism on what ravaged the streets of Kiev recently.

Not too long ago, at the end of the 1980s, similar sights abounded on the streets of my homeland - at least I was not expecting to see such events in 2014 taking place on the streets of a European country...

All that admirably brave photographers can do is, as always, ensure that the images reach as far as possible...
